Policy Leadership & Advocacy
Working closely with board leadership, we wrote and introduced industry emergency-responder legislation in the State Legislature and made its passage an industry-wide priority through lobby days, op-eds, and durable government partnerships.
Small Business Program Leadership
Built an integrated ecosystem of business development initiatives for NYCEDC that expanded opportunity for small businesses and diverse entrepreneurs. The effort combined capacity-building, innovative financing, and workforce strategies to help firms grow, compete, and access new markets, generating more than $100 million in new opportunities.
Industry Defining Program Design
Launched Construction for a Livable City, a nationally recognized initiative that helped position the construction industry as a better neighbor through contractor recruitment and engagement, performance monitoring, continual marketing and promotion, including a widely publicized sidewalk shed design competition that generated significant media attention and industry participation.
Reports and Strategy Documents
Produced influential research and strategy documents that shaped industry and public-sector decision-making, including a first-of-its-kind study of healthcare infrastructure investment, a blueprint for capital project delivery reform, and a groundbreaking performance and accountability framework that drove agency-wide change.

Established the New York Building Congress Healthcare Committee, creating a leading forum for healthcare and construction leaders to explore emerging trends and opportunities. The committee informed influential research and elevated the Building Congress's role in a growing sector.
