Bomi Kim, AICP
Founder/Principal
Bomi is an economic development strategist who works with public agencies, industry organizations, and institutions to translate large-scale investment into measurable opportunities for small businesses, local workers, and the communities where projects are located.
Her work focuses on building the systems that connect major projects to real economic participation: structuring capital pathways for small and emerging firms, designing contracting and capacity-building programs aligned to active procurement pipelines, and partnering with local organizations to strengthen neighborhood economies. Over the course of her career, these efforts have generated more than $100 million in contracting opportunities for small and emerging businesses.
Bomi also brings strong expertise in communicating program goals to public stakeholders and has served as a key organizer and spokesperson for large-scale community engagement efforts focused on business and workforce development.
Current clients include the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, LaGuardia Community College, and the JFK New Terminal One. Prior to founding Juno Street Advisors, she held senior roles at New York City Economic Development Corporation and the Queens Borough President’s Office. She holds a Master of Urban Planning from New York University.
Andrew Hollweck
Principal
Drawing on thirty years of executive leadership within the public sector, construction industry, and trade associations, Andrew provides high-level strategic counsel to associations, government entities and private enterprises alike.
As SVP and Chief of Staff at the New York Building Congress, he established and managed key committees, led innovative programs that received national recognition, directed research and reporting, including the Construction Outlook reports, and led legislative advocacy.
As Deputy Commissioner for the NYC Department of Design and Construction, Andrew established a new department within the agency, managed large-scale public outreach initiatives through complex public reviews, and helped secure the city's first design-build legislation.
Later, he launched the New York operations for one of the nation's largest minority-owned engineering firms, tripling regional revenue growth in two years. Andrew is also a lobbyist with deep networks throughout municipal and state government agencies.
